“我在这个办公室工作了大约20年。我所有的助听器都是通过这个办公室购买的。我一直对我所得到的服务感到满意。最近我换了管子。我得等三个星期才能见面。接待员不太友好，也不帮我预约，所以我就接受了我能得到的。我参加了我的预约，接待员不是很友好或欢迎，这与我在这个办公室的其他经历完全不同。我换了耳管，然后我的一只耳朵出现了压疮。我打电话想进办公室，但接待员还是很无礼，三个星期都没有空位。与此同时，我极度痛苦。 Her comment was "Well if you are in that much pain you can go to the office at 32nd St and Indian School. Still have the sore in my ear that I will probably have to go to urgent care for, but I have relief from the constant rubbing on my ear. I am sad to say that I will no longer recommend this office to anyone due to the receptionist callous behavior. Being hearing impaired is difficult enough when and the audiology office that you go to should be a place that you feel is there to help you not make you feel worse that you can't hear and have to wear hearing aids. There was no compassion shown by this receptionist to try to help. I was able to find another office that was as friendly and inviting as Dr. Dobbins and his staff used to be. ”
